Product Name:StrongCCD Software

StrongCCD Vision Positioning Software

A vision positioning and automation control software for

laser processing. Captures images via CCD cameras,

combines vision algorithms for precise positioning, angle

measurement, and coordinate compensation, and outputs

data to laser control systems for automated marking or

 processing tasks.

Core functions include image capture, feature search,

geometric measurement (line/arc/ellipse), center/angle

calculation, coordinate transformation, and laser control.

 Drag-and-drop workflow configuration enables no-code

setup from image input to laser output.

Ideal for ceramic coding, ring positioning, metal part

marking, and other high-precision vision-guided laser

applications. Built-in calibration tools and multiple

positioning templates, with real-time preview and

parameter adjustment, reducing debugging costs

while improving accuracy and efficiency.

1. A vision positioning and automation control software for laser processing. Captures product images via industrial

CCD cameras, combines vision algorithms for high-precision positioning, angle measurement, coordinate compensation,

and data processing, and outputs information to laser control systems for automated marking, cutting, or engraving tasks.

2. Modular workflow architecture enables drag-and-drop process design for complete vision positioning workflows—no

coding required from image input to laser output. Built-in toolkit includes 40+ function modules: image capture, feature

search, line/arc/ellipse measurement, point-point calculation, line-line calculation, numerical calculation, coordinate

transformation, window display, character overlay, laser control, I/O control, delay control, statistics display, etc.

3. Multiple positioning modes: line measurement and line-line intersection for quadrilateral center/angle extraction;

arc measurement and circle fitting for hole/arc center localization; point combination calculations for complex feature

positioning and angle compensation. Ideal for ceramic coding, ring positioning, metal marking, and other precision

vision-guided applications.

4. Built-in calibration tools combine laser-marked dot arrays with image recognition to establish accurate mapping

between image coordinates and laser coordinates, correcting lens distortion and mechanical installation errors for

precise data conversion.

5. Direct integration with mainstream laser control cards for real-time coordinate/angle data transmission. Supports

Ethernet communication for positioning output to external PLCs or control systems. Red-light preview function

confirms position and range before processing, reducing debugging costs and scrap risk.

6. Complete process management and data monitoring: create and save multiple product workflows with one-click

loading, real-time variable monitoring, automatic production count and yield tracking, flexible hardware permission

control, and one-click backup for quick archiving and migration.

7. A high-precision vision positioning system and a flexible configurable automation platform for all CCD-guided

laser processing applications—delivering high accuracy, high efficiency, and automated production.

StrongCCD Installation Guide

Installation consists of three steps: driver installation, network card configuration, and software installation.

1. Driver Installation

Install .NET Framework 4.6, camera driver, and StrongCCD vision software package in sequence.

2. Network Card Configuration

The camera comes with a preset IP address; configure the PC network card to the same subnet. Name the

corresponding network port "CCD1", and in advanced settings, set the Jumbo Packet value to 9014 bytes to

ensure stable image data transmission.

Once the above configuration is complete, launch the software to connect to the camera and proceed with

debugging and workflow setup.
