FocusTrace Laser Tracking Engraving
FocusTrace is the real-time laser tracking and dynamic engraving module of FocusShow, integrating target recognition,
contour extraction, motion interaction, laser outlining, and spatial light effect engraving into one. The system can
perceive people, gestures, postures, object edges, and radar targets, and convert the recognition results into laser
graphics, trajectories, and effect control data in real time, so that laser is no longer limited to playing pre-programmed
shows but can change instantly with people, objects, and scenes.
It is suitable for both interactive performances featuring "light following people" and dynamic outlining and spatial
engraving along the contours of buildings, installations, and objects, creating light and shadow experiences with a
sense of technology, participation, and artistic expression.
FocusTrace deeply integrates tracking recognition with laser engraving. Users can connect camera, video, NDI network
video, or radar signals, select edge tracking, radar tracking, or human body tracking modes, and set recognition
conditions such as tracking area, depth, brightness, contour, and area size. Once the system recognizes a target,
it can drive the size, position, brightness, color, rotation, animation speed, and scanning speed of the laser visuals in
real time.In terms of tracking, FocusTrace supports human body contour, gesture, posture, face, and full-body recognition,
and can map single-hand or two-hand movements to zoom in/out, move, brightness changes, or show switching of laser
programs, forming real-time human-machine interaction.
In terms of engraving, FocusTrace can extract object edges, area contours, or laser contours, and perform dynamic outlining,
contour tracing, trajectory following, and spatial graphic engraving through vector laser output. Combined with FocusShow's
vector editing, show timeline, color control, quick effects, matrix effects, and audio rhythm functions, static buildings, stage
installations, product contours, or event participants can be transformed into real-time changing laser art visuals.
FocusTrace can be applied to building contour engraving and interactive photo spots in cultural tourism night tours,
performer following and motion light effects in stage performances, exhibit outlining and spatial guidance in exhibitions
and displays, as well as gesture interaction and brand graphic generation in commercial events.
