Mini Program Cloud On-Demand Playback
FocusClouder provides a complete closed loop of “user on-demand playback—content generation—device
playback—order tracking” for scenarios such as scenic areas, commercial spaces, restaurants and bars, hotels,
exhibitions and events, celebrations, and parties.
Users can select holiday or brand templates, image library assets, text content, signatures, colors, effects, and music
on the Mini Program to generate personalized laser shows and submit reservations. The backend system handles
template and asset presets, show configuration, order management, payment status tracking, playback order tracking,
and message notifications. Shows can be linked to FocusNet control devices for automated playback.
Through FocusClouder, merchants can turn laser shows into customizable, bookable, and operable interactive services,
enhancing on-site experiences, brand exposure, and event conversion.
Mini Program On-Demand Portal: QR code access, show browsing, template selection, content customization,
reservation and order placement
Template Resources: Supports holiday, greeting, brand, and event templates; merchants can upload their own assets
Automatic Playback: Links orders with associated laser devices to enable automatic playback of on-demand shows
Backend Management: Content asset presets, show configuration, order management, user management, and playback management
Playback Order Tracking: Views the playback status of associated devices and tracks exceptions
Message Notifications: Supports SMS notifications for ordering users and configuration of sending frequency
Permission Management: Supports permission-granularity configuration for users, roles, and menus
Merchant Configuration: Supports Mini Program and web ordering modes, template pricing, and billing method configuration
Data Operations: Supports management and analysis of operational data such as order status, payment status, and daily sales revenue
